Problem:

Revit lacks robust analysis tools, and the provided Generative Design tool fails to meet practical requirements, resulting in limited capabilities for real-world applications.
Additionally, the performance of Revit views in displaying 2D graphics is suboptimal, complicating visualization and interpretation of results.

Solution:

A suite of Custom Analysis, Simulation, and Generative Tools has been developed to address these shortcomings:

Tailored Analysis and Simulation: Tools designed to cater to specific project needs, such as performance studies and design optimizations.

Generative Design: Enables the creation of viable design options grounded in practical constraints and user-defined parameters.

Advanced Visualization: Plans to transition output display to an HTML-based Canvas to leverage better rendering performance and interactivity for 2D graphics.

Data Export: Output data in customizable forms and layouts for seamless reporting and integration with external tools.

This approach significantly enhances Revit’s analytical capabilities and user experience, providing intuitive and effective tools for design exploration and presentation.

8d_Convert Lightweight Model :

1. Press the "Run" button to generate a category list based on the entire project file.
2. Select the desired categories for conversion, unchecked items will be deleted after the conversion.
3. Optionally, toggle the settings of "keep type name", "keep parameter values", and "group models" of the same type.
4. Press the "Run" button again to start the converting process.
5. Manually confirm the purging task to clear the project file.
